- Age and Legal Compliance
By accessing our site or using our services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and that viewing adult material is legal in your country. You understand the nature of the content provided may be explicit and agree to proceed at your own discretion.
- Independent Escorts
All escorts listed on Diva Escort are self-employed and operate independently. Diva Escort acts solely as a marketing and booking platform and is not responsible for any agreements made between clients and escorts. Services rendered are at the discretion of each individual escort.
- Authenticity
We only use real, recent photos of the escorts listed on our website. Some images may have blurred or hidden faces to protect privacy. Face-revealing and uncensored content may be available in our Members Area.
- Respect and Behaviour
Our escorts are often students or working professionals offering companionship part-time. We expect clients to treat them with absolute respect. Disrespect, coercion, or abusive behaviour is not tolerated. Any violation may result in legal action and blacklisting.
Clients are not permitted to request private meetings or contact details outside of the agency’s control. Doing so breaches our policy and endangers the safety and wellbeing of our escorts.
- Discretion
Diva Escort guarantees discretion. Personal information provided for bookings is not stored or used beyond the necessary transaction process.
- Booking Process
Appointments can be arranged via phone, email, text, or live chat. For security, we require:
- A first name
- Meeting location and, for hotels, a room number
- A working phone number
- For international travel, pre-payment is required for flight costs plus 50% of the fee.
- Escort Services
Service offerings listed on escort profiles are indicative only and not contractual. The final services provided are at the sole discretion of the escort on the date.
- Fees
Rates for outcalls are valid for Central London. Additional charges for travel may apply outside these areas. Incalls do not include travel unless specified.
- Cancellation
Cancellations must be communicated in advance. If an escort has already travelled, travel expenses must be reimbursed. Flight bookings are non-refundable unless recoverable from the airline.
If Diva Escort cancels a prepaid booking, the full amount will be credited back to the client.
- Payments
Payments must be completed within the first 10 minutes of the meeting, directly with the escort. For international bookings, the remaining balance is to be paid in full at the start of the date.
Accepted currencies: GBP, EUR, USD, and CHF. Please request our current exchange rate.
- Complaints
If you are unsatisfied during the appointment, contact us immediately. Post-appointment complaints are difficult to resolve but always taken seriously to help improve our service.
